Would you like to learn how to clear your space at home and create a calm and supportive environment? It’s easy to do and the benefits are enormous!
Smudging with sage or other healing herbs is a First Nations tradition practiced worldwide. Before a person can be healed or heal another, one must be cleansed of any bad feelings, negative thoughts, bad spirits or negative energy – cleansed both physically and spiritually. This helps the healing to come through in a clear way, without being distorted or sidetracked by negative “stuff” in either the healer or the client, or the space being cleared.
At this afternoon shamanic session, we’ll talk about why you should smudge, what you should smudge, when, and where, and lastly how you smudge.
Please bring a notebook and pen and arrive a few minutes early. I’ll provide plenty of sage and bowls or abalone shells for you to practice.

In various First Nations, Snake medicine deals with the primordial life force and it spans the symbolic bridge between Lunar and Solar associations, as well as aspects between Water and Fire. It is both the duality of the snake’s attributes, as well as its ability to shed its skin (as we shed our past) that creates the transformation and release.
During this meetup, we’ll talk about Snake symbolism and why knowing about snake is so important for any releasing work we wish to do. We’ll then create a Snake bundle so that we may each change and grow with its power.

Have you been called by Mother Earth for an adventure in the Peruvian Amazon to experience the wisdom of the plant teachers? This two-week journey takes you to the Amazon Rainforest to experience ayahuasca, the legendary vine of the souls, and to learn from the plant teachers of the jungle.
This is a pilgrimage to find your soul’s purpose, to rediscover your gifts, your passion, your zest for life. As we work with the Mother of all plant teachers, ayahuasca, we gain insights into our own healing. Our ancient rituals and ceremonies allow for deep self-exploration and renewal.
Our journey begins months beforehand, as we hone our intention for working with the plant teachers, both as individuals and as a collective group. Once in Peru, we leave the outside world behind, and embark on a vision quest of four ceremonies for cleansing, healing and spiritual renewal. There will be walks in the jungle to learn about the plant teachers and their healing properties. You’ll enjoy herb and flower baths, clay paths for purification, and river excursions to visit the treasure that is the Amazon Rainforest.
